Xiaomi has just launched the long-awaited Black Shark 2 in Spain, a gamer phone that surprises with its incredible graphics and processing power. But this is not all, and it also stands out for having a series of accessories that transform it into a real portable console, accessories that are sold separately of course.

Although this device is considered one of the best for playing mobile video games, there is a large part of the community that is not very happy. And this is because, like most of these high-end gaming phones, the Black Shark 2 does not have a headphone jack. Xiaomi at the time of announcing this terminal clarified that it was going to arrive without a 3.5-millimeter jack port, something that they strictly complied with.

Black Shark 3 would have a headphone jack

Faced with the refusal of millions of users, and especially those who had bought the first Black Shark model, Xiaomi announced today, and through a company spokesman, that The next Black Shark phones will have a headphone port.

The spokesman for the Black Shark division commented the following:

“High-end mobile device manufacturers have massively phased out the 3.5-millimeter headphone jack. This is because this technology is no longer in the trend when it comes to developing phones. We have made this decision at the time. But after speaking with those who buy our products, we have realized that for the experience to be complete when playing video games on mobile, it is necessary to have a 3.5-millimeter jack input. I can assure you that this type of technology will be included in our next products.”

In this way, it could be confirmed that the Black Shark 3 would have a 3.5-millimeter jack type input. There is still a long way to go before some kind of information is presented or even leaked from a phone about which little or nothing is still known. Although at the moment we can already begin to confirm that this entry will not be missing in the third model of Xiaomi’s Black Shark division.
