get privileges root at new Motorola Moto G (2014 second generation) is very easy. The process is very similar to the one explained for its previous version, the Moto G.

First of all, clarify once again that this process will eliminate the guarantee of your terminal, so it is something that you have to think about carefully before carrying out.

To carry out the process it is necessary to have the motorola official drivers installed, the tool (ADB+fastboot) and unlock the bootloader previously. To do this we can follow the tutorial dedicated to the previous version:

Once the bootloader is unlocked, we can start the rooting process:

Download the file SuperSu and copy it to the internal memory of the new Moto G.

  1. Download the new recovery to your PC
  2. Turn off the terminal and turn it on in bootloader mode (holding power button + volume down)
  3. Connect the new Moto G to the PC
  4. Flash the recovery that you had downloaded in step 2.
    • If you don’t already have it, download the tool (ADB+fastboot) and unzip it.
    • Go to the folder that was just created (adb+fastboot), copy the recovery you downloaded to that folder and opens a command window. Now run the following command:
